Privacy policy

BillOnDesk does not make you open an account. There is no password form. There is no customer table on our side for your invoices.

Tools run in the browser. Seller name, buyer name, GSTIN you type, item rows, rent month — that sits in the page memory. Close the tab and it is gone unless you saved the PDF on your phone or printed it.

We do not run a live GSTIN check. We do not send your draft to GSTN. We cannot see the bill you are filling.

Pages and articles are public. Server logs of a normal host may keep IP and browser for a short time. That is hosting, not a copy of your invoice.

If you email hello@billondesk.com, we keep the mail so we can reply. Do not put Aadhaar, full card numbers, or GST OTP in that mail.

Children: this site is for shop paper. It is not aimed at kids.
