About BillOnDesk

BillOnDesk is a small English site for people who still need paper. Invoice format. Quotation. Rent receipt. Delivery challan. A GST bill draft when a customer asks and you only have a notebook.

FileOnDesk was files. This one is the bill you print or download. AI chat does not fill the shop name and the qty for you. Here you type it. The preview sits on the right on a computer, under the form on a phone.

Who it is for: kirana, mobile shop, freelancer, landlord. A man in Sikar sending a quote. A woman in Kota giving rent receipt for HRA. A designer billing hours. Nobody here is pretending to be the tax department.

These are draft documents. Not a GSTN invoice code generator. Not an official tax invoice. Every tool carries DRAFT or ESTIMATE on the page. We do not draw the official GST hologram. We do not draw the Ashoka emblem. We do not help anyone make a fake GST invoice.

There is no login. There is no database of your bills. What you type stays in this browser tab. Close the tab and the draft is gone unless you already downloaded the PDF or printed it. That is on purpose. We are not holding your books.

GSTIN is an optional text box. We do not check it live with the government. If you put a number, it is only because you typed it. Filing, e-invoice IRN, GSTR — that is the official portal and a real CA if you need one.

Amounts are in Indian rupees. Words use lakh and crore. You can download PDF or print. Use it as a working paper. If a customer wants a real tax invoice from GSTN software, this site is not that.

I built the tools first because shops Google the same things every day: invoice format, quotation, rent receipt, delivery challan, GST bill draft. The articles are from that same counter. Short lines. Mistakes I made. Links back to the tool on this site.

BillOnDesk is not GSTN. Draft only. File tax on the official portal. If you need books, call your accountant. If you only need a filled page today, start with a tool, fill it, download, print.
