Every tool on this site makes a draft or an estimate. The page shows DRAFT / ESTIMATE. A PDF from here is not an official tax invoice. It is not an e-invoice. It has no IRN. It has no government hologram. Do not print these papers as a real GST tax invoice. Do not use them to cheat a buyer, a landlord office, or the tax desk.

Official filing is separate. GSTR, e-way bill, e-invoice, challan to government — use the official portal and your own books. If you need a CA, hire one. This site will not replace that.

GSTIN fields are plain text. We do not verify them. Wrong number is your typing. Composition, regular, unregistered — you know your shop. We do not decide that.

Numbers, GST percent, discount order, round off — you check before you send the PDF. A calculator on a website can still be used wrong.

Articles are shop talk in English. They are not law. Rules change. Read the official GST site or ask a professional for your case.

You may not use BillOnDesk to make fake tax invoices, fake GSTIN papers, or any document meant to defraud. Watermarks stay. Removing DRAFT to pretend it is a GSTN invoice is not allowed and not what this site is for.

Software can break. Download can fail on an old phone. Print can cut the page. That is annoying. It is not a government failure.
